Service was excellent oil change new tires and alignment was all done professionally and washed my car in and out

Car was taken care of in a timely manner and Noah (for being the "newest" Service Advisor) was totally professional, caring and kind. He explained everything so that I could understand why these services were being done on my Cadillac.

We've had a number of vehicles and dealership experiences over the years, and this by far was the best experience we've had. From our first inquiry to taking possession of the vehicle, everyone at Rohrich was so pleasant and easy to work with. I’ve consistently had excellent experiences with the service department at Rohrich Cadillac. They do a great job maintaining and repairing my truck, and I truly feel like they care about me as a customer. The team is always friendly, professional, and accommodating. One of the things I appreciate most is how convenient they make the process — they offer rides home when I drop off my vehicle, which makes getting service done much easier with my schedule. Plus, they always complete the work in a timely manner without cutting corners. It’s rare to find a dealership where the service department combines skill, efficiency, and genuine customer care, but Rohrich Cadillac does exactly that. Highly recommend!

I reached out about a vehicle on their website showing discounts. I requested to be contacted via email due to my schedule but was called anyway and a voicemail left. No big deal, once time allowed I followed up via email requesting pricing with discounts, again, another call. The salesperson, Lou, seemed put off by my asking about employee pricing and their discounts. He promised to send a walk around video of the car and a follow up regarding pricing but never did. An auto generated email from the sales manager asking about any concerns also went unanswered when replied to. Based off of my experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere. If this is the pre sales attitude and effort I can only imagine what post sales and/or service is like if you have any issues.

The worst dealership that I have ever visited. Sales and service are terrible. Bought an Escalade (my second) from them and after 7 months, I started having problems with the sound system. Eventually, the entire dashboard went black except for a small circle that contained the speedometer. No radio. No Navigation. No turn signals. No warning lights. No cameras. They decided to keep it to make repairs and after 2 months (YES, 2 MONTHS), it was finally fixed. During that 2 months, Rohrich would not return any calls or emails. They provided no updates on the progress. They abandoned me completely. After I filed a Lemon Law claim, they finally started to scramble to get it fixed. Ultimately, I was so disappointed with Rohrich and Cadillac that I got the Escalade back after it was fixed and traded it in on a Mercedes GLS 450 less than 1 week later. I had the Escalade less than 1 year and had to get rid of it because of Rohrich's service and Cadillac's horrible quality. The GLS 450 is a superior vehicle in every way. Usually, a girl walking into a car dealership alone is not treated with respect but Chuck NEVER made me feel that way. From beginning to end his attention to detail was impressive. He listened to what it is was I was looking for right down to the color. Within a few weeks I was driving my new car home. The entire Staff at this dealership was top notch. I work in a field relies on making our customers feel welcomed. This dealership does just that. APPOINTMENT TIME WAS 10:10, WAS THERE 3.5 HOURS, THE GIRL THAT CHECK US IN, WHEN QUESTIONS OVER TIME AND PRICE SHE STATED, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE THAT DIAGNOSTICS WAS 80.00 DOLLARS AND 45 MINUTES TO MY SELF AND HUSBAND. AFTER 2.5 HOURS SHE SAID SHE WOULD HAVE SHUTTLE TAKE MY HUSBAND HOME AND BACK, THIRD LIE. FOURTH LIE WAS CAR HAD TO MANY ISSUES AND WAS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED. MY CAR HAD 3 ISSUES THAT WAS DOCUMENTED ON PAPERWORK, CAR WAS BROUGHT DOWN AFTER THE 3.5 HOURS, IT SAT THERE ANOTHER 20 MINUTES, WHEN NO ONE CAME OVER TO GET US WE WENT TO SERVICE DESK, WAS TOLD THE GIRL THAT CHECKED US IN WAS AT LUNCH, WILL BE ANOTHER 40 MINUTES FOR HER RETURN TO DO PAPERWORK AND GET US OUT OF THERE. UNCALLED FOR , AT THAT TIME TOLD RAYSON I WANT MY CAR AND I NEED PAPERWORK TO PAY AND GO. MY HUSBAND IS ON MEDS AND WAS PASSED THE INSULIN SHOT, HE WAS OVERLY KIND AND GOT US THE PAPERWORK, AMY BROWN CHECKED US OUT, VERY PROFESSIONAL. BOTTOME LINE WAS LIED TO 4 TIMES, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND REALLY THING HARD IN NEVER EVER RETURNING TO THIS SERVICE CENTER. ASK TO SPEAK TO ONE WHO DONE THE SERVICE CALL IN THE BEGINNING AGAIN THAT NEVER HAPPENED SO DON'T KNOW WHO IT WAS.

I can't say enough good things about this dealer. I love my car and the free oil changes, and inspections plus they clean your car. I will be trading mine in this year and will get another car from Rohrich Cadillac.
