The sales rep Mike was very knowledgeable and accommodating. However, I chose a larger SUV since their smaller X4 was the only model that had the upgraded technology and multimedia.

The best car dealer in Pittsburgh. My grandfather bought his Cadillacs there. I trust them to take care of my cars. A luxury experience especially compared to my other car dealer who will not return my calls.

Very difficult to get the right person on the phone to handle a certain situation. After talking with John my sale person (whom I should have contacted first)he worked everything out for me. Being from out of state the sale experience over all was very good.
