The worst dealership that I have ever visited. Sales and service are terrible. Bought an Escalade (my second) from them and after 7 months, I started having problems with the sound system. Eventually, the entire dashboard went black except for a small circle that contained the speedometer. No radio. No Navigation. No turn signals. No warning lights. No cameras. They decided to keep it to make repairs and after 2 months (YES, 2 MONTHS), it was finally fixed. During that 2 months, Rohrich would not return any calls or emails. They provided no updates on the progress. They abandoned me completely. After I filed a Lemon Law claim, they finally started to scramble to get it fixed. Ultimately, I was so disappointed with Rohrich and Cadillac that I got the Escalade back after it was fixed and traded it in on a Mercedes GLS 450 less than 1 week later. I had the Escalade less than 1 year and had to get rid of it because of Rohrich's service and Cadillac's horrible quality. The GLS 450 is a superior vehicle in every way.
