Bought my old XT4 here back in December 2023. Although I do not have that car anymore, it was very reliable and for a good price with good mileage. Kevin was outstanding and really pulled some string for me to get my goal payment. This dealership has lifetime free oil changes as long as you still have the car you bought from the, and they also give loaner cars when needed which was a very nice perk. Only downfall is the service closes around 2:00.
Great experience getting my vehicle inspected at this location. The entire service team was on the same page. All Very pleasant to deal with, and The service manager seemed to have a great handle on things. My vehicle looked clean when I left and overall a nice experience.
Hats off to David Keeler for his diligence in working for me. Warranty company was not going to cover my Thermostat replacement. He asked to speak with a supervisor and got it handled. Great customer service and its a great feeling to know that the willingness to go the extra mile. Very satisfied with my service at Rohrrich Cadillac on West Liberty.

I have had the BEST experience with Dave Keeler in service at Rohrich Cadillac. He dug for answers for us for our escalade, and when he diagnosed the problem, he spent so much time getting everything taken care of for us. AND HE ALWAYS is so pleasant and helpful, no matter how frustrating the problem seemed to be!!
Additionally, Amy in the loaner department has always taken care of us, and always helps us get a loaner while our car is getting worked on.

WOW! I recently purchased a used vehicle from Rorhrich Lexus. With that purchase I received a used vehicle warranty. Included in that warranty was free oil changes. Today i took my vehicle to Rohrich Cadillac to get my first oil change. WHAT A BREEZE! Brett Simpson at the service counter was very friendly and professional. They washed my vehicle and vacuumed it out as well. Im gonna do that AGAIN!!!!
I worked in the car business for many years. Rohrich Cadillac is the best dealership in the business. Tom Rohrich, the owner is very personable, and only hires great team members. Marty Pistella is one of those great people. They recently had a used and rare manual transmission blackwing cadillac on the lot. In early October, I bought a car at Rohrich Cadillac. The entire process was smooth, well managed, and enjoyable. Lou was insanely helpful and made me feel at peace and also answered every question I had. I did not feel rushed at all and he gave me a thorough walk-through of my vehicle. Rohrich treated me as a potential customer with the same respect/hospitality of a long-time customer. I knew exactly which SUV I was interested in when I contacted the dealership and they directed my inquiry to a sales representative with knowledge of that particular model. Additionally, I purchased a Demo vehicle from Rohrich's fleet and it was explained to me how that process worked and I was provided updates with regard to when I could pick up my new XT5. I am very much looking forward to working with Rohrich as a first-time Cadillac owner.

Just recently bought my wife an SUV from here. Our sales guy Mike and finance manger Keenan were first class. Wonāt buy a car from any other dealer. No problems what so ever and wasnāt there all day like other places.

Bought an Escalade (my second) from them and after 7 months, I started having problems with the sound system. Eventually, the entire dashboard went black except for a small circle that contained the speedometer. No radio. No Navigation. No turn signals. No warning lights. No cameras.
They decided to keep it to make repairs and after 2 months (YES, 2 MONTHS), it was finally fixed. During that 2 months, Rohrich would not return any calls or emails. They provided no updates on the progress. They abandoned me completely.

Went to Rohrichs for a used car. Best idea I ever had. They took background from me and helped me choose the best great car out of many. Marty helped me by telling me things I didn't think to ask and answering questions thoughtfully and with detail. A real pro. Just go there and sit in one of those cars for a couple minutes.
Rohrich Cadillac has the best service department Iāve ever used. Highly recommend them for an enjoyable experience while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced.
